blueberries
4 eggs + 1 egg white
m2
protein shake/glut
strawberries
m3
83g tuna
1 cup of yogurt
m4
pork chop
cucumber
101g brown rice
Gym may or may not happen today, we will see tonight about cardio. I get my new program tomorrow, so it is all good. My daughters b-day this weekend, soooo much to do!
My husband told me I should take a well deserved break today. He said I am working so hard but I am not as young as I used to be so taking a break might be better for the good OLD body.
