All right, so I talked to a different trainer. I told her my program right now. 1800 cals on workout days,1200 on non 45C/35P/20F/supersetting...blah, blah, blah. She told me I wasn't eating enough! She said it should be more 60% carbs!

I see her next thursday, getting the BF tested and she said I am borderline and it may not be realistic to compete in October. But she did say she'd have to see me, test me and all that to determine. ARRRRR I am hoping all goes well.
More carbs? Ask her why she would suggest more carbs? Does she plan on having you put on muscle between now and then? Or does she plan on starting you right off with a cutting cycle??? What's her thought process is what I would ask...
 
WTF is up with these trainers and their 60% carbs lately?!??!? Keep us posted.
 
I am going to ask her EVERYTHING, you gals/guys have been so helpful to me in order now to ask the right questions! :heart: I am soo much more smarter than Iwas in march and all the credit is because of the people on here! :heart:

I am so far fetched from the world of children, I had to scroll down to figure out that sucky = pacifier :rolleyes:

Good luck with your meeting with your trainer and let us know what she says. I always take everything that mine say with a grain of salt and check back in here to confirm or deny.
 
I have heard a pacifier called a "sucky, bingy, soo soo, and a plug" I am such a mommy. But we only had that what I wouldn't really call a rough night, could of been worse and everything is AWESOME, she only asks for it once and a while, but last night and today(nap) no problems, now heres hoping potty training will be as easy! :)

oh and my workout rocked. 10min/100cals burned on the jacobs ladder at the gym. never tried it before, but it was awesome, my goal is to get to 1/2 hour on the darn thing. Then walked up hill for 3k with both girls in a double stroller, may get more in tonight we shall see.

Just spent 1 hour filling out forms the trainer sent to me!
 
so I went tanning today for a whole 8 minutes and I FRIED MY BEHIND! It is so sore I can hardly sit on it. I also fried my back and my chest, ARRRRR.
