m2 = 1 can tuna + bspin. leaves + balmic ving. + 5 triscut carackers + handfull blueberries. I dont have strawberries today.
I looked at my frozen chicken that i normally get, and it has quite a bit of sodium, and it contains rib meat??? Is this ok?
I bought fresh chicken but i was wondering becasue fresh is a lil expensive for two people.
I also had a friend tell me over the weekend, if you drink 1 beer on the weekends it makes your whole week of working out pointless. To only drink clear stuff, if that makes any sense.
What do u think ?
