ok - I had a HORRIBLE weekend - diet wise.

But i will post everything just to be honest....

mmmkay - Friday was good.

Sat - did my morning cardio + my m1 shake

then.. i had so much crap to do, i did not eat again till 5.00 I had about 15 triscut crackers w/ cheese and salsa a little.

Then I drank all night long. I dont know how much I drank (i got alot of compliments at the party btw!!!!)

got home ate two taquitos from qt, + healthy choice soup

yesterday: oats + egg whites breakfast
subway for lunch
buffalo wings + veggies for dinner


It was a horrible weekend. I am retaining so much water right now my skin hurts to touch it. lol. but I am ready to get back to schedule so.

I looked at my frozen chicken that i normally get, and it has quite a bit of sodium, and it contains rib meat??? Is this ok?

I bought fresh chicken but i was wondering becasue fresh is a lil expensive for two people.

I also had a friend tell me over the weekend, if you drink 1 beer on the weekends it makes your whole week of working out pointless. To only drink clear stuff, if that makes any sense.

What do u think ?

One beer... Come on what is that like 200 calories at most.. If you want it take it as a cheat.. No big deal!! Personally I tend to hold water so I try to keep as much sodium out of my diet as possible.. but if you dont see a problem with it then go ahead..

today 530- coffee + ephed

600 - 15 min 6.0
hiit 4.0 to 9.0 6 cycles 30 to 60

645 m1 = 1 scoop PP + cr + gl 1 cup skim milk
 
yeah, like vodka, i guess. Mixed w/ diet sprite I guess all clear.

I dont know what she was talking about. She was drunk. lol.
