no no no skipping meals... drink lots of water, it's not a big deal, you are fine... :heart: breathe
 
i think i was skimping on the calories this week. i tend to do that, only havin 1 cup milk instead of 1/2 cup, and i was tryin' to make every meal a little bit smaller, thinking i might lose more, but always ends up w/ me being hungry. lol. i had a baby cheat last night, after m5 i had triscuts and salsa. ?!?!?!

not characteristic of me but i did. i will prolly not have a cheat meal on Sat.

This morning, i did 30 min steady cardio 6-7 mph

it was not as drag-ass as yesterday.

m1 = 1.5 cups skim + PP + cr + gl

btw i ordered cardio breeze and they already shipped it will be here monday, damn they are fast as hell!!!!!!
 
m2 = 30 almonds

m3 = tuna + bb spinach + 6 strawberries + 5 triscuit crackers + balsmic ving.

m3.5 = lol 10 almonds

m4 will be pow after shoulders

m5 = sweet potato + chicken + broccoli :)

ew. added 1/4 cup rice to m5 yesterday

today this morning cardio 15 min warmup 10 Hiit

m1 = 1.5 cup milk + 1 scoop PP + cr + gl

m2 = 35 almonds
 
just got back from the gym:

i've had so much happen to me this week!

omg. its amazing the week i've had. I cannot belive that I stuck to all my cardio/gym any other time in my life, i prolly would have put my goals on hold...but for some reason the routine has kept me sane, and has made me MORE comfortable at such a wierd time.
 
Its very grounding isn't it? The gym & the routine have kept me sane through some very trying times and have also given me huge amounts of just pure fun over the years. Literally the only constant thing in my life.
 
friday after work:

3 miller lights
2 rasberry vodka and diet sprite. (well, 2 1/2. ) lol. yum,
some baked lays

steak + brown rice.

today i cheated on M3 = coconut shrimp.

Damn, im retaining water really bad.
