When I asked one of my trainers years ago after getting a diet & training regimen, "OK I belong to a scuba dive club... we drink .. what can I drink?" He said (obviously in moderation) drink good quality vodka & cranberry juice. The clear stuff has less sugar. (But then what about silver Capt Morgan???)
 
I think I read somewhere that the caramel coloring used in colas causes or has been linked to osteoporosis in women...or something like that....maybe that's what she meant by clear sodas??
 
m5 yesterday = sweet potato chicken + broccoli

then i had some ssff jello i figured it would be ok w/ 10 cals per serving but i dunno?

i was draggin' ass today doing cardio, then i realized i did not take anything, im out of ephedra so maybe i should buy some of that cardio breeze? How does it compare to ephedra.

my cardio today was 30 min of run/walk. It sucked. Oh well

M1 = 1 cup skim + PP + cr + gl
 
M2 = BABY spinach leaves 1 can of tuna 4 triscuit crackers + 4 strawberries (they are going bad,s o i need to eat more of em! ) :)

when is an appropriate bf% to start taking YES and some thermos? I'm ordering cardio breeze and i wanna combine shipping.

5'6 135 pounds. (5 pounds yay) butttttt, i wanna just get to 134 so bad. Thats the barrier I have not been able to cross in a while. The only fat i have on me now is in the lower abs and outer thighs.
I dont want to waste my $$ if its too early though. well, i dont want to say 'only' but those are my prob. areas.........

i dont know my bf% though . I have not had it taken, nor do i know how to get it taken now. I suppose i could get it done @ the gym. I hate everyone there. rrrg.

well- i caved to the nut bowl here at work.

I had about two handfulls of cashews. :( I cannot be trusted around nuts that have salt on them. :(

Well, i've eaten them, there is nothing i can do now, how can i make up the cals ? Is there any way?

I feel so guilty and gross right now from the salt.

should i skip m5 to make up for the cals? or is it not as big of a deal as i think???
 
well i bought it any way.

cardio breeze and yes.

i dont like thermos so i did not buy the trex. maybe after i've made more progress.

hopefully this will help push me past the plateau, well, the cashes did not help either grrr.

what do u do when you accidentl. go over calories in a meal? do you make up for it in diet or cardio?? Should I do some extra cardio?
