Damn those Cybex machines! they make it so easy to do huge weight for squats... I should of known better.... Well this would make it my 3rd hernia on the same side.... I gotta get someone else besides these damn indian doctors to fix me up.

I'll wait and see, My left nut is real sore today and it feels like my intestine dropped into there.... Man that would suck....

I had a hernia when I was younger, around 3 or so....I had surgery for it..does this make me more or less likely to have another one?

I had a very bad hernia that required my entire abdominal wall to be cut away at the bottom and then reattached less about 2 inches. It was under tension through the whole recovery and even the huge percodans I had didn't help much.

I got it, IMO, from holding my breath during heavy exertion.

I was wondering if I did something the other last week when I was doing legs, cuz ever since then, I've been getting muscle spasms around my pelvis area...I don't know. If it keeps up I'm just gonna ask my doc to make sure it's nothing. The last thing I want right now is an injury.

I had one on my left side of my lower abdominal, near the top of the joint in my leg about 6yrs ago. They sewed some kinda mesh shit in there instead of sewing the muscle back. I haven't had any probs with mine & I squat heavy most of the time. It'll bother me a little bit from time to time. It bothered me quite a bit off & on for the first yr or 2.

I've had 2 left inguinal hernias, The first time the Nylon mesh didn't hold the second time recovry was far worse then the first. They claim the more you have the more likey a reoccurence will happen. After walking around today, I think the pain is in my leg near the groin not the groin itself... Well at least that's what I'm hoping for .. A pulled muscle over a herina.

I had a left anguinal hernia, what a pain in the ass. After the surgery you are supplosed to be stronger if they use the mesh method. the recovery was horrible but no problems since.

I had a fucking Indian Doctor I couldn't understand a word he was saying. That's what I was hoping but the mesh ripped away from the muscle (and isn't that mesh supposed to disolve eventually?)And I got another one. I have to train light and strengthen this inner muscle wall before I try squatting huge weight again. That means I gotta go to work on those girl machines the chicks are always squeezing their legs together in

When I put my left leg on the ground while walking, my left nut hurts. This has been happening since late last week. Is this hernia? Or am I turning into a uniball?

Could be, check for a weird mass in your left testicle, a soft odd feeling outside your nut. Also if your sack looks larger on one side (especially after a shower) or is just generally sensitive.

Yeah, if you have strained the left side. Ive had one before, its like a sharp shooting pain when your walking. Correct?

Yeah. Not REAL sharp, but sharp enough that I am concerned. Maybe your right. I remember, the other day while doing squats, one of my reps made my body feel "not right" if you know what I mean. Couldn't put a finger on a particular body part, but I knew it was time to set the bar down.

hey bro i had a left inguinal hernia and right acl tear. they wanted to repair both during the same surgery. we went with one at a time and let me tell you......both were hell on earth. as for the hernia feel around in the lower ab region for a not. if they repair it then a wire mesh will be used and i don't believe it will disolve. the way it was explained to me is that the muscle and surrounding tissue will intermesh with the wire making that area stronger than before you tore it. if you have any questions about whether or not you have a hernia see a doc. a hernia can get strangulated which can lead to nercrosis(sp?) which can then lead to poisoning. late!

some 10 years ago in the lower right abdomen. It still hurts.
Some 5 years ago in the back, left leg looses 4 cm (1,6 inch) size in 7 days.
But i am sure there are worse cases.

Mine never hurt untill after they repaired it, I've never been in so much pain in all my life. It hurt to laugh, it hurt to cough, piss & shit. Everything hurt. that was a horrible 3 weeks. I just had a soft lump in my lower abdomen. If I held my breath it would stick out further.
