Cholestrol = Help

I've never had high cholestrol in my life. But lately I've been eating more cholestrol and I've been a little nervous about it, because I'm not too sure how dietary cholestrol works.

Could someone enlighten me?

My stats...
6'3" / 20 years
205
14% BF

I'm cutting on a 2500 calorie diet. A typical day looks like this...

Oats
Soy Milk
Blueberries
Coffee

Protein Shake
2 scoops ANPB

Chicken Breast
Salad
1tbsp Canola Oil

Chicken Breast
Carrots

Chicken Breast
Brown Rice
1/2 Onion

Almonds

Total Breakdown = P/F/C = 50/25/25

But I don't know what to make of the cholestrol intake. In the chicken alone its about 350 mg.

However, my fiber intake is around 30g.

Am I doing harm to my body with about 400mg of cholestrol per day?

Also, my fat's been around 60 grams per day. Is that too much? Keep in mind about 20g is poly and mono.

Thanks for the help.

cholesterol doesnt appear to be high in this diet. esp if fat only makes up 25% of your diet. id sub olive oil for canola though.

Dietary cholesterol will have very little impact on your total cholesterol unless you have pre existing problems.

This is a media fear, that made all fats bad. You know, take one thing and make it the villian for why everyone is fat?

Besides as mentioned, I don't see any fats that would even be considered "bad" in your diet.

You maybe should do some research on your fats....this is exactly what the media I mentioned did to everyone, scare them from the WORD fat!
