US landowners get the payment for land - check

Land value appreciates substantially with development, greatly
increasing property taxes - check

Employment created from industrial zone increasing GDP and payroll taxes - check

Chinese companies taxed on income from production in USA vs no tax for imports from China - check

All subject to US laws and regulations - check

Not sure why anyone would be opposed to this. American businesses doing the same thing in China all the time.
