Chest twice a week...?

I lack in the chest region, it's out of proportion with the rest of my body. I know everyone has their own thoughts, but for those that DO train chest twice a week... Do you go heavy Both times? How do you split each training session up? heavy one time.. light the next? both at 4 exercises?

I hope to see some improvements.. we'll see..

Thanks

I train 6 days a week, and space my 2 chest workouts about 4 days apart from each other and go as heavy as I can manage both times. I do incline, flat, and sometimes decline bench, chest press, cable flys, and sometimes incline dumbbell flys. My workouts usually take over an hour because I rest for about a minute in between reps. Oh.. I've recently thrown some dips in the mix too.

under Arnolds advice (through his books) I train chest three times a week...6 sets each, 8,6,4 pyramid...chest has grown alot since, so i would say yes you can.

I change it up everychest workout though, DB incline flat, BB flat, dips, ab ball DB presses, cables ect.

Once a week is just fine man. Don't go heavy twice a week, it'll take it's toll on your nervous system.

Don't train 3X a week, it's over training; Arnold took a shitload of roids to train the way he did.

You may also want to cut volume, rest more, and completely change up your routine.
