Hardrock....check the Powerlifting forum. You'll need to change your grip and your angle, but you'll be lifting and recouperating simultaneously without risking your shoulder. Been there, done that. by switching grips to a power lifters bench and using moderate weights, I was able to rebuild a rotator back to usefulness.
