well I have just finished my third workout using a different routine and working on form and I have to say I like the results.
Incline 135x10, 185x10, 235x8, 235x8 nice and easy this time i actually went down in weight but got my form down just right.
Flat db's 75 x8, 90x8, 90x8 I had plenty left but I jumped up from 80's last week so I was happy.
lying cable flyes 70 each arm for 2 sets of 8, these fucking killed, literally I thought I was ripping apart
Db curls seated both hand at same time. 50x8, 50x8, 50x8 got all of them with little trouble no spot needed at all, but did get some weird looks from a guy who was using 45 to bench with
Ez curl bar 32.5lbs on each side 3x8 no hitches yet and got a really good pump. actually these are starting to be my favorite since no one else uses good form
All in all a pretty decent workout 40minutes with a few sets of crunches mixed in.
