Chest/Back

Here we go again.

Incline Barbell Press 280 - 5X5
Flat Press 300 - 7X2

Bar Rows 280 - 3X5
Deadlifts* 315 - 1
335 - 1
355 - 1
375 - 1

Threw deadlift singles in there for the first time. It was fun. The Incline presses were heavier. Even though it was only 5 pounds. I had to work them up. I liked this workout.
 
I only use incline benches I dropped flat benches a few months ago.
 
Yeah adding 5lbs to incline seems so tough some times:mad: So you are really liking this push/pullsplit stuff huh? Maybe I'll give it a try...

I like it bc I smash the torso in one day. When you come down here next we'll have a chest/back day. :)
