Chest and tris.....back and bis

Does anyone out there use this matchup. I figure since your tris and bics get workedwhen doing chest and back, why not just going ahead and finish them off....thanks in advance
 
Yup. And that's the main reasoning for doing that split. However, I'll only do taht for 2-3 months, then change it up.
 
I prefer that match-up. I think I was hitting my tri's and bi's to often until I went this split. I really like it.

mon-thurs=chest/tris
tues-friday=back/bis
wed-sat=shoulders/other misc

That was before our new program we got goin now
