chcicken in frying pan

It's Olive Oil for God's sakes.
Better to put it on the chicken then on the pan, you only need a very small amount.

If you're overly paranoid get a non-stick pan or seasoned cast iron pan and use nothing, once the chicken is seared enough on the first side you will be able to flip it with ease.

Healthy Fat is not the enemy.

If you MUST use a spray product don't use PAM (chemicals) use an Olive oil spray.

well thats what I said I was doing, putting it on the chicken itself, very lightly. Why so much hostility when I asked a simple ?

I apologise, it was not meant to be directed towards you.

Im cutting and really eating clean, how bad is it to brush on some olive oil, lightly, to chicken and fry up in pan?

Don't use olive oil in a frying pan. It's highly unsaturated and will break down into toxic chemicals when heated.

Use a hightly saturated cooking oil if you must add fat.

If you really want a little fat while you fry your chicken, you could leave a small amount of skin on to help grease the pan. The natural chicken fat is better fried than olive oil.
