I can crack them at a speedy pace. I just throw a handful in my mouth, store them on one side and bring them over to the other side of my mouth on at a time, crack em, eat em, and spit em.
But I usually just buy the ones that are already shelled...alot less messy.
LOL That's the point...that you can't eat too many b/c you're busy shelling them in your mouth! It's like a "trick" to your brain lol, your brain thinks it's eating because your mouth is full of flavor....but in reality you could eat these things for an hour and probably only get about 5 grams of anything (fat, carbs, etc)....
They're the perfect "craving solver" type of food to me...
