I've read that ginger extract helps with keto breath
So I bought some ginger extract and had been taking it all week, 3 to 4 a day with a meal.
After my sat. carb up,I figured I'd be in ketosis by monday, tuesday at the latest, well wednesday and still not in ketosis. Thursday morning "WTF, still not in ketosis. It can't be my diet 'cause macros are in check, wait, the ginger, it's the only thing differrent". I look at the ingredients of the ginger extract and see that it contains maltodextrin. WTF is maltodextrin doing in ginger extract? I should have looked at the label before I bought it.
Gingerforce, stay away from this one while in ketosis.
