Cardio for fat loss

which is better at burning more fat:
cardio over a longer period at a sustainable pace (example jogging for 45 minutes)
or
shorter bouts of interval training
(e.g. sprints 10X100m probably lasting a total of 20 minute with a cooldown walk/jog back to start position)

thanks

As I understand it, you don't even burn any fat in the first 20 min of cardio. You are using blood and glucose stores, so longer burns more right?

Depends on the "state of your stores" at the time the cardio is done. In the morning, and post workout, glycogen stores are depleted and supposedly more fat is burned in less time.

IMO, there will never be a difinitive answer to this question. It will be debated for years to come. The only thing to do is to try both and see which one works better.
