If you were bulking I'd say it weren't important for the carbs to be clean. But since your cutting down I'd say it is pretty important for them to be clean.. You don't want to ruin what you've been doing the other 6 days of the week by eating a whole bunch of greasy shit food on your carb-up day.. That's just the way I do it though. Good luck
