Carb-up question

I have been at about 50-75grams of carbs for the last 5 days and tommorrow I will Carb up to about 450grams.
How important is it that these grams be clean.
I have been thinking about that Pizza Buffet all damm day.:D
 
Are you on a TKD....If not then what is your diet like???? If you are on a TKD then why would you carb up? GIve your stats, goal, bf% and current diet this will help lots!
 
I have a picture posted below along with my cycle. I have 4 weeks left of my cutting cycle. I am 195lbs(you guess the BF) Im looking to drop another 2%.
For the first 6 weeks, I have been eating around 100-150 grams of carbs and 220grams of Protein. For the last 4 weeks, I will be depleting my carbs( 50g) for five days and on the 6th day I want to carb up to about 450 grams. I will be taking in arouned 350 grams of Protein for the last 4 weeks since the addition of T3.
 
I use the Dan Duchaine IsoCaloric 1/3,1/3,1/3 diet....fat,carbs,protein all equal...calorie wise they are equal not grams, ofocurse because fat has more calories per grams then prot & carb......

Anyway, I like my diet I eat 2300 calories a day 85g of FAT, 195g of Carbs and protein.....

I am 5'10 200 probably 12-13% Bf......I eat a lot of natural peanut butter......I can realy eat anything as long as i count the grams and dont go over........

I am thinking about your diet....Do you know how many calories you take in and also, what are some foods you eat...you said that you dont keep track of fat, but are you eating any fat?????/Thnals for the help and your pic looks great....Great Shoulder and upperbody development...I have the same arms as you....I am considering the SYNTH.....
 
Typical day:

Meal 1 : 1 Banana, Isopure shake(50grams)

Meal 2 : 1 Chicken Breast, boiled noodles, plum

Meal 3 : Protein Bar 30g Pro 14g of Carbs

Meal 4 1 Chicken Breast or Steak,boiled noodles, Isopure shake(25 grams)

Meal 4 1 Chicken Breast, Isopure shake(25grams)

It varies day to day, but for the last 4 weeks I will cut almost all carbs and carb up on the 6th day. My protein will be up to about 350grams
 
I am on the same type of diet bro.
50g carbs/350g Pro 5 days
6th day 400g carbs
I keep it clean mostly but I always have one cheat meal on my carb up day
like pizza or I go nuts. I also drop the pro to 300 on this day.
I've lost 6 lbs in 4.5wks

why don't you take any all natural peanut butter or some flaxseed oil in you diet?

If you were bulking I'd say it weren't important for the carbs to be clean. But since your cutting down I'd say it is pretty important for them to be clean.. You don't want to ruin what you've been doing the other 6 days of the week by eating a whole bunch of greasy shit food on your carb-up day.. That's just the way I do it though. Good luck
