I know this is gonna get moved before long, but hopefully I'll pick up some responses before that time. How many carbs do you think are nesesary while trying to lean bulk. Meaning more like what percentage of carbs do you think should cover overall calories. So let's say I'm takin in 5000 calories a day, of which is only 350-400 carbs, Making carbs about 35% of total caloric intake. Do you think more cabrs are nesesary to grow on? and days off would be 300 carbs all day. Ii'm thinkin about bumpin up my caloric intake by increasing the amount of protein and increaing fats a little bit. Do you think more carbs would be imprtant than total overall calroies consumed?
And the way my diet is set up, on workout days, my first four meals are carb meals (Including PW shake), and on days off, the first three meals are carb meals.
