Carb Cycling question regarding cheat days.

Allright, is it beneficial to have a "cheat" meal/day, after 3 days or so of low carbs?

When i say "cheat" i mean like, ice cream, pizza, the goods. haha Because i was wondering, since the cycling of carbs, between low and high, depending on if its a workout day or now,
-can you still go low carb on a day of a workout? for example

tommorow's monday, and im planning to make it a high-carb day. Oh yea, thursday will be my cheat day, so keep that in mind.
Monday's plan, fullbody workout+cardio, i consume high carbs/moderate protein that whole day, but still making a calorie defecit, since im on a cut.

Tuesday's my rest day, and im going low carb/high protein, so i can optimize the fat burning.

and as for wednesday, im doing a full-body workout again, but the question is, since most people say to go 2-4 days low carb, then a high carb, wednesday would just be my second day, should i still go low carb on wednesday? since thursday is my "cheat day"?
or should i treat wednesday as a high carb day?

and if i do treat wednesday as a high carb day, can i still be able to have my cheat meal that thursday?

what are your goals? if trying for fat loss, a cheat day can be death. keep it to a cheat meal and save it for a carb refeed day when your glycogen is low.

to get cut

im going for a low/moderate carb for 3 days, so my glycogen level is low, and then have a cheat meal, or a refeed day.

another question, is it good to have a refeed/cheat day on the same day you workout?

To get the best out of your refeed, eat tons of carbs but keep fat intake as low as possible. for example:

Low/moderate carb Days

Meal 1: Protein/Carbs
Meal 2: Protein/Carbs
Meal 3: Protein/Carbs
Meal 4: Protein/Fats
Meal 5: Protein/Fats
Meal 6: Protein/Fats

on High carb days, replace the last 3 meals with carbs and cut out the fats. this is what i did when i carb cycled. going low carb is ok, but add the fats to make up for the calories. the biggest mistake ive made while dieting was cutting out too much calories/carbs. give yourself room to make mistakes because when you cut your cals too low, you wont be able to do much about it if your fat loss stalls.

Post up your diet, and your stats, weights, height, etc. so i can help you better with your carb cycling. One mistake with carb cycling is that you go too low with the calories on low days and when its high carb days, you pig out and eat all junk foods thinking that its ok but thats not doing anything beneficial.

So your saying, since my carbs are low on my low carb days, i should increase my protein/fats, so i can balance out the calories?

oh yea, when i have my "refeed"/"cheat"? day, cause im planning to eat chocolate frozen yogurt on thursday with a buddy, and frozen yogurt isn't really in my strict diet plan, so thats why i categorized it as a cheat/refeed, do i still have to workout that same day with my refeed/cheat day?

Can i still go low carbs on my workout days? cause im cycling carbs going one day high, followed 2 days low, but since my FB workouts are every other day, it goes like this:
Monday:FB workout+cardio, high carbs
Tuesday:High protein/fats, low/moderate carbs
Wednesday: im planning to have a FB workout+cardio, but still have a low/moderate carbs, since thursday im having a "cheat" meal

is that a smart idea?
