So my parents talked me into going on a 4 week trip with them, don't get me worng,I like trips.
But I will be going to a place where meat is rare, and there will be no possibility of working out for 4 fucking weeks!!!!
This all comes as I am starting to make good strength, and muscle progresses.
Do you think I will lose alot of strength and size? and come home looking like a little bitch????Help me,me scared.

yea, those breaks can be a real bitch. It can sometimes be good to take off a break of a week or ten days, but a month is a long time. If meat is really going to be rare where you're going (which I cant imagine, maybe sub-saharan Africa? Indonesia?), anyway Id bring a huge tub of protein powder. Also u can do sit ups, pushups of different varieties, etc. If you can go swimming, even better. At least put your time to good use and try to get laid while you're gone. Let me know how it goes.

I took 2.5 weeks off for a field studies course over a month, and I was limited to eating 2 to 3 meals a day. My waistline decreased by 2 inches and when I got back to the gym the weights I was using for 6 reps barely became a 1 rep max. Everything felt heavy and I had to re-learn my squat balance. Now, I am back to normal. Don't worry, you will get it all back. If anything, you will give your digestive track a rest.:D

If you can, bring some bands w/ you if your have some. And if you dont have them ,just do pushups and stuff, and go pick up some rocks to play around w/ as physical activity.

What country are you going to? I've traveled to many countries, and they all had supermarkets, if its India, than of course they don't have meat. But I'm sure you can buy cans of tuna fish. You might lose 1 or 2 lbs of muscle, but I wouldn't worry about it, the month off will heal any minor injuries or sores you have, and you will be fresh when you hit the gym again. Have fun, and good luck.
