Cant Miss, One Shot Deal...

I have to be ripped by within a month. I wont get a second chance at this, so the first try has to be right. I was thinking about taking either Clenbutrx or Xenedrine before work 4am, and before workouts around 8pm everyday. I get a pretty good cardio workout at work, and my weightlifting workouts are intense. I was then going to take my optimum whey protein once a day after work and my ProM3(protein) after workouts. How does this sound to drop my bf% down about 4% in a month? Any other suggestions and insight are welcome. THANX
 
how many cals are you gonna eat during the day?
what bf % are you at now?
what type of cardio do you get at work?

your plan is incomplete, at least as you stated it.

1 month to get down to 4% will depend on where you are at now. if you are over probably 10% you will be hard pressed to get there. not to burst your bubble, but also if you go that dramatic for a month, plan on losing alot of mass as well.
 
I suggest lots of test prop, clen, drip, glycerol, flax seed oil, and a very very low cal diet.

If i start next week, ill have 6 weeks to get it done. Im 9% bodyfat now. Im decently cut all over except my stomach. I wanna have low enough bodyfat so i dont have to flex to c my abs. I have no idea what kind of diet or anything, i was hoping someone would post that and help me out. If i take my protein after workouts, after work, and maybe once later on, will i still lose mass? Even if i have great workouts at the gym? I work 4-9 am unloading trucks full of thousands of boxes. Im figuring thats pretty good cardio, since it drains the heck outta you and you break a pretty good sweat the entire time. With this extra info, think you can help?
 
What do you weigh??

Take taht and multipy by 4%.

That is the number of pounds you need to lose.

Multipy that by 3500 and divide by 30 days.

That is the number of calories you need to burn over nand beyong your BMR.
 
Ok..my post came out all wrong. I did not know that you were already at 9%. I know little about dieting or gear...so my post was merely a joke..haha.

Now all i need is some more info to accomplish this

Would clenbutrx be too strong a suppliment to do what i need to do? Xenedrine more fitting? How fast will the weight be put back on after i come off this stuff and stop exercising while im on vacation?
 
You are asking questions that can NOT be answered. If you are this lean and wanting to get leaner...and you are asking the questions at hand...you are either really young or really inexperienced in weight training, diet, supplementation, etc...

We need more information...or atleast I feel that I do...

Do a search, read on the diet board, and just train your tail off.

thermos around 8 pm wouldnt work for me personally. I'd be up all night. Wouldnt want to be ripped but have big bags under your eyes now would ya...
