Hi everyone.

Wondering what everyone's thoughts on using a Keto diet while on a cutting cycle to shred fat but build lean mass. I am thinking of which diet I will be using during my cutting cycle.

Currently on a bulking cycle so cannot comment on my stats. Currently I am 125 kilograms 6'6", 16% BF and only on my 3rd week on 12 week bulking cycle.

PCT will be in check.

My cutting cycle will be as follows

8 weeks cycle

Trenbolone Acetate 50mg ED
Test Prop 50mg ED
HGH 0.4 IU ED
T3 and Clen for the last 4 weeks while on tren.
Winstrol at 50mg ED (Orally)
Dostinex 0.5mg Twice a week.
Arimidex 0.5 EOD (I bloat alot with water on any test, even with prop!)

PCT HCG, Nolva and Clomid

Note: I will use the tren for 6 weeks and run the test prop for 2 weeks longer.

Cardio every morning before breakfast for an hour and train 5 x per week.

Would a Keto diet aid in increasing lean mass while shredding a shit load of fat? or should I eat a 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fats and then use the keto after cycle?

you shoulod choose one goal or the other
without carbs your not putting any mass on

you can bulk and get great results, you can cut and get great results, or you can try to do both at the same time and get so so results at best if your genetics are right for it. some cant do it at all. why bother trying? you would get much better results in less time by bulking then cutting.

if you want to do it carb cycling is the way to go.

You can use a keto-type diet to bulk, you can use a keto-type diet to cut... You can land somewhere in the middle on a CKD or a little further than the middle on something like the ultimate diet 2.0...

Keto-type bulking can be very beneficial and can work very very well, as well on the cut side... but very hard to do both at the same time while on a straight keto or straight CKD diet.

I've had the best success doing both lean gaining and fat loss on the UD2 and even better on a TKD... But the progress both ways is slower...meaning the muscle gain is slower and so is fat loss.

Best option is to choose one or the other (bulking or cutting) if you are looking for a faster approach. You know what I mean?

You can definitely recomp on a carb cycle rotation or TKD, or UD2... Carb cycling though is the best place to start if both are your goals.

Get to where you want to be mass wise, then cut down. Once you achieve your desired body fat %, you can use the cut to rebound into a nice gainer run. But once you get to desired bodyfat, don't let yourself budge from that point. That's where a ketogenic-type bulking run can be useful. Very easy to bulk on a tkd, well designed low carb diet, or keto type diet... and keep off the fat gain.

SONIC!!! HOW'S IT BRO!!!???

Ok what Sonic said on the UD2 is money. Sonic and I both have used it to shred and put on lean mass. It totally works.

I agree with all this, definitely need to clean bulk then clean cut...trying to
Do both is spinning your wheels. Consistency is the hardest part but it's the biggest step and will get you where you want. It you wanna gain less fat in between try doing shorter cycles for bulk and cut :)

Anyone tried going just above maintenance calories? Staying clean (food). Then applying certain types of supps that would encourage extra protein synthesis? Of course adding any ancillary type supplementation as well?
