S Sartene New member Sep 29, 2007 #24 I lost 60lbs in 2.5 months on keto. I lost about a 1lb a day for 2 weeks, did a carb-up, then back on for another 2 weeks. my diet consisted mostly egg white pancakes with suger-free strawbeery jam, low-fat ham slices and chicken with the occasional cheese. I plan on going back on it tommorow sept. 30th. I weigh 223 pounds.
