I was advised by a trainer to change my diet to 20% Carbs, 60% Protien and 20% Fat while taking 250 mg of Injectable L-Carnitine. He also mention to load up on creatine and L-Glutamine. I'm 6'1", 200 lbs and 15.5 to 17% BF. I'd like to put on a little more mass. Should go on a 4-5 week prohormone cycle with a 55% Carbs, 35% Protien and 10% Fat and then change my diet ration with the Carnitine? Or should I cycle on the prohormones and the injectable L-Carnitine while on the 20-60-20 diet all together?
