can I do more at home?

This is my work out:

Monday:

Squats 3 sets 10 reps with 15lb dumbell
Lounges 3 sets 10 reps 15 lb dumbell
leg extensions 4 sets 15 reps each leg
military press (for shoulders) 3 sets 10 reps 10lb dumbell
shoulder raises horizontal 3 sets 10 rep 10 lb dumbell
shoulder raises vertical 3 sets 10 reps 10lb dumbell
shrugs 4 sets 10 reps 15lb dumbell

Wednesday:

incline chest: 4 sets 10 reps (10lbs dumbell)
decline chest 4 stets 10 reps (10 lbs dumbell)
laying flat chest (?) 3 sets 10 reps (10lb dumbell)
overhead triceps 4 sets 10 reps (15lb dumbell)


Friday:

bicep curls 3 sets 6 reps (15lb dumbell)
bicep hammer 3 sets 6 reps (15lbs dumbell)
back dumbell rows 4 sets 10 rep (15lbs)
back lateral raises 4 sets 10 reps (10lbs)


I was wondering if you girls can tell me if there is anything more that I can do at home, cause I cant get to the gym at all (I have a 2 month and 3 year old at home). My hubby set up this workout for me, so I was wondering if its effective for girls, too, cause I dont want the fat covering my muscels.

I do all my weight training at home, because my gym doesn't have a barbell set. Imagine that right? Anyway definitly check out the site sassy listed, such a wonderful resource full of exercises. Eventually you might want to buy a barbell set to work out with at home, or heavier db's. I used to work out with db's too, and I gotta tell you I wasn't doing nothing then compared to now. I switched to bb's and use db's for only a few exercises, and I'm seeing results this time around. Good luck with your routine.

Did you mention what equip (if any) you have at home? Cardio Stuff? DB's? Bench? Barbell Set etc?

I dont have anything for cardio, but plan to buy either stairmaster or the ecliptic thing... :) I have a bench and weights. I miss the gym cause it was sooooo much easier to do the squat with the bar then it is with these weights in my arms. I feel like my arms are gonna strech so long, that any time soon I'll have monkey arms :) I got 10lb, 15lb, 20lb and 55lb weights at home and the bench which is a lifesaver.
