lol... it was more like the 12 hours at the lakehouse overall... went up that night... took FOREVER to get there :rolleyes: long story ... then left in the am... cuz B-unit had to work the C-Dub in the a.m.

Overall... yah pretty much just getting my head cleared of all the fog from the weekend overall :)

yes... chicken is defrosting and veggies will get cooked up with the chicken... i've never wanted to eat so clean in my whole life :verygood:

I have issues sleeping too. Been floating on 3-4 hours a night. Always needed 8 hours before I started dieting down... Now I just can't sleep. Why 11:30 and I'm still up

I'm like wtf are you doing you're married & that guy in interested in me ... then another guy randomly :sick:, like baby spit up .. and it's like contageous .. so I bolt outta there b/c everyone gets "down with the sickness" and flash foward to a boat where it appears there is (what looked like) fried rice & crates moving underneath .. so here iI think OMG the :sick: ones are on here too, but it appears to be nothing but crates of empty bottles of like beer? (wtf) that we (the people who made it to the boat) are hurling at these :sick: people folllowing below... and I don't ever remember being on water... Then I remember thinking maybe if we stop trying to protest them & accept they will go away & things will be better, so one made it to me and after I thought I was going to either get mauled or eaten, smiled ... & said something like I need to forgive or be accepting of (this is where is gets blurry) Our savior OR SOMETHING like that, then explained everything that happened, with the :sick: people etc ... as if it all had something to do with the rosary ...

(wtf) that we (the people who made it to the boat) are hurling at these :sick: people folllowing below... and I don't ever remember being on water... Then I remember thinking maybe if we stop trying to protest them & accept they will go away & things will be better, so one made it to me and after I thought I was going to either get mauled or eaten, smiled ... & said something like I need to forgive or be accepting of (this is where is gets blurry) Our savior OR SOMETHING like that, then explained everything that happened, with the :sick: people etc ... as if it all had something to do with the rosary ...

I'm, 3 weeks behind on my goals, pushed back MY plans, but whatever .. things just aren't meant to happen for me yet ... Whatever ... another busy day, writing new business, renewing current account & not going to kill my Boss (yet) ... Made sure to wear a shirt that says "I can get away with anything ..." ;) :D

5 1/2 hour drive to D-Town soon .. woo hoo .. should be fun :D knowing all you ladies are on the other end .. guess I Better get an oil change ... I have 3 clients I SHOULD visit on the way .. so I may be able to have friday off no problem but I have to make a few pit stops ...

Like little white baby spit up .. it was so odd ... LOL

then the sad sappy face... kinda Dawn of the Dead scary ... LOL ... I have no clue .. my emotions have been jacked for the last few months as obviously documented by my behavior in my log lol ... I can only blame the oxy for so much ... :D

THANK YOU.... Just spent a bazillion dollars on make-up but I figure if I'm going to do it... I'm going to do it up good :heart:
 
So no oatmeal or sweet potato until sunday? Are you replacing it with other carbs, or are you going low-carb (veggies)?

Tons & Tons of Veggies, various colors & types ... :) And I eat apples or other fruits all the time for some time now .. I'm out, thanks for reminding me ...

I am not specifically low carbing, no .. just trying to not overeat those foods, namely sweet tao's & oatmeal, esp after coming off my huge re-feeds & time off ... then the stomach allergy to oats ... :)

Then convenience with work as well ... these days are long hard & rough ...
