7:30 A.M. – HIIT – 10 Cycles – *First two cycles, I tried to adjust to the speed. Also, anywhere the recovery was not at 15 (Full) Incline, I spend too much time adjusting the controls as opposed to concentrating on the cycle, so I left it at 9.0)
