Ok I had MAD respect for you before... but now it's just THROUGH THE ROOF. :rose:

*B_*, I'm tellin' you -- that man may have simply said thank you to you -- but I guarantee he will forever remember that moment in his life. And for certain he told people about that!!!

Being a "loser" now of 91 lbs... I am really protective of the overweight community, and -- just like those folks who struggle with just going to the gym and being surrounded by 'pros' and hotties -- overweight people have to face that fear ALL DAY LONG, especially someone more than 130 lbs overweight.

WOWIE WOW! :elephant: GO YOU! That makes me so happy to see that people in this world are understanding of what it's like to work so hard, even if it's not the same type of "hard" they've experienced.

God -- I WISH someone would come up to ME in the gym lately and be like "WOW -- wtf are you up to lately?! You've shrunk!"

My students notice, so that is good enough for now. :) After all, they're the ones lookin' at my butt all day. ;)

Again, thanks for doin' that Bunny. Even I'm more inspired now to tell people (outside of WeightWatchers meetings) just how awesome they look. Thanks for opening my eyes a little more.

That is so true - FOREVER - I am going to be complimenting people like crazy tomorrow....and not just women. Ok, maybe just women, but it will be a start.

I want to take some supplyment for fat burning and just read on AF store. But I am still confused of what should I take ? I saw that you take Cardio Breeze, Levorex, THERMOREXIN and Yohimbine, could u give me some advice as I haven't take any supplyment before.

Just curious as to what you think about the product & what it 'can do for you' ...

There is always the Seas/Gluc combo, but if you need energy boost + Fat burning & can handle stims, NOT on an empty stomach in the AM = T-Rex

Why it's 4 am and I'm up = 2 Cardio Breeze & habit

Better use of cals from overeating & use of carbs = Sesa/Gluc combo

How that helps :)

Best fat burner in the world?? = Clean Diet :D

Definitely thought of you yesterday at the lunch after the funeral.... Keep reading that sounds bad! They had these desserts that were Peanut butter and chocolate, and macadamian choclate chip cookies.... The lady must have known I couldn't eat those because she sat a huge plate right in front of me for our table and I picked them up and handed the plate to my dad and said, "put those down there!" My friends' were all like, "You are still on that crazy diet?" "How many times have you worked out already today?" I went with them on the cruise last year and every time they turned around I was off to the gym and they thought I was nuts! Oh well... I love it :)

Funny thing is you will be a cheap drunk - that is fo sho. Either way 78+ days w/ no booze at all is pretty darn good, even for a Bunny. My party days died 8+ yrs ago when my 1st was born, but I still seem to break diet for a occasional Heineken...sooo glad they are making a light version now. I told my wife last night that I would be attempting the 90 day no booze mark...we will see.

Yup, my current diet seems kinda good to lose fat but not enough. So that, I think some good, fit fat burner to add in.

Maybe, I'm not sure. I have no energy problem of AM cardio after drinking a little milk or soymilk( 1/2 cup is ok!) .

I don't know if I can buy the supplyment in AF store because it seems that they have no such marketing in China... :worried:

I just ask one of the trainer in my gym, he advise me to have some l-carnitine. I only know it's safe and can burn fat combine with cardio. Could u give me some advice on it?

Today I started reading your journal from page 1. You have done nothing but inspire me to stick with it and see what I can get out of my body. There are certainly days when I don't feeling like going to the gym and when I lose it on my diet but your progress has shown me what true dedication can do. A while??? Shoot... this log took me a weeks worth of killling time at work to get through at least ;) But well worth the time spent for sure!!! Again, you are more motivation then you even know I am sure!!! :rose:

The 'experience' of these emotions are simply ... chest tightening at times... I wish it were easy to put in words... tears are simply never enough , just make my tan run & spray says no-no *shakes finger* ... hugs are good, but nothing has yet been able to encompass the full range of FEELING I have when I experience pure happiness for even a brief second ... which is fine .. some NEVER get there ..
