Great Job..

You can see a real difference from the frist set of pics to the last set of pics..

What is your workout plan?

Any new updates?
Grazie :qt:

I am dedicated to Shadow's Project 110% and the results are self explanatory. You can look at the sticky for exact details on the diet/workout, I pretty much follow it to a "T"

No slips or cheating unless otherwise directed by the :king: S :rose:

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

I could take them now... but I don't feel like taking my clothes off :) The arm work-out was great today. I definitely felt pumped and my arms while I was doing the work-out looked like they could have been in a magazine... To bad they don't look that way all the time! I can hardly move them right now. I'm liking my results. I did a few measurements today and noticed I have lost 2 and 3/4 inch around my hips since December, and an inch and a half around my lower abs and upper ab area. I only did those measurements today because I noticed my pants were rather loose. I'll probably do up some pics in the morning and all my measurements.

I do think the progress so far has been GREAT and I am very proud of myself.

I'm glad to have a place where people can actually appreciate my hard work and notice the little things so often overlooked around my family/friends/etc.

Body Fat 20.2% - MY calipers, I'll get my guy at the gym to do it when I track him down

I got my body fat done prior to HIIT this morning. For shits-n-giggles, The Tanita scale said 30% LMFAO -

Caliper reading compared was the same as his last week (02/17/2005) 20.8%

Not sure what to think about that :whatever:

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

BTW, cardio this morning was GREAT. The only prob was it took 30+ secs to get the incline up to 15 recovery (max) then immeditately back down to 0 for 30 sec sprint. Felt like I was playing with the controls too much.

I didn't write it down, but on a couple I did sprint for 45 sec
