1 teaspoon creatine
1 teaspoon glutamine powder
9:10 A.M. – Rest of Diet Pepsi from yesterday

10:00 A.M. – 1 T-Rex
11:00 A.M. - 2 Levorex , 1 Glucorell-R –
11:15 A.M. – Meal # 2:
Handful Almonds
64 oz water
12:45 P.M. – Diet Pepsi
1:30 P.M. - 1 T-Rex
2:00 P.M. - - 2 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root
2:15 P.M. - Meal # 3:
baby spinach leaves
2 sliced strawberries, 15 blueberries
Fat Free B.Cheese Dressing
Tyson roasted chicken breast, diced
7 Triscuits crackers
