I was a little hesitant about posting this, but it is my Log and I am going to document my happy moment from last night...and hope to share my excitement with everyone…

Last night I was walking into the gym with the BF and saw the GM was heading out. Since I always have a bandana on, the GM knew it was me, and made it a point to wait for me to get to the doors. :worried: At first, I’m thinking "ut oh…someone must have complained about the grunting and my little fits" :verygood: but, oddly enough, he has this look of pure amazement and admiration on his face. After the quick “hello” he proceeded to congratulate me on my amazing transformation and how he is completely stunned that I’ve accomplished what I have in such a short period of time, and both he and the staff are absolutely fascinated and proud that the club could be in any way associated with my progress, since all they did was “provide the fun equipment to climb on.” Also, how all he wants to do is introduce me to people every chance he gets. I guess it came up b/c as he was going through the picture identification system, my face popped up etc...

Wow.
I am still absolutely stunned…

I tried to give the club props and he said "no no no...this is all your doing... we just provide the fun equipment to play on..." and gave me all the credit... unless that's what he wanted me to think, which doesn't make it such a happy moment for me after all...

Observations

Since I was FINALLY able to see the finished product to the Shadow/Bunny project with my own eyes I would like to make some personal observations.

Anyone who has seen Bunny's photo shoot pics probably posted how perfect she looks. With a thesaurus full of superlatives.
Folk you ain't seen nothing until you see Bunny live, up close, and personal.

This truly one the hardest bodies I have ever laid eyes on. Any physique critic would spend all day looking and leave in frustration having never found a flaw.
Her back, her arms, her waist, her delts are all works of art that should all be on display in the Louvre. Nowhere is she over or underdeveloped so as to detract from her beautiful symmetry when you take in the overall package from a distance. Bunny is truly the picture that should be next to the word symmetry in the dictionary.
In her photos I felt her legs were the slight flaw in her overall appearance. She has done a wonderful job since then of bringing them in line with the rest of her body.
Her butt is to die for and probably the most significant of all the changes she’s made since Jan 25. She complains about it but that's obviously because she can't walk behind herself to see it.

Feet - OK feet have nothing to do with fitness modeling but I couldn't write this and not mention her feet. I am NOT a foot fetish guy but these feet could change all that. :heart:

Ha! Quite the comedian Ulter... yet quite the sweetheart as well...

Eventually all the food/drink will be processed out of my system, bloat will be down and things will be better than ever...especially as I set my sights on a few new endeavors and goals :verygood: :D

AMEN! Never forget that weight and even bodyfat are still just data points ... snap shots in time. It is the TREND that you need to watch. THE TREND! Your body & your life are in a constant state of flux, responding to a veritable plethora of things that will impact you.

You know I still have not found this famous Peanut butter you all eat.... I have tried Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Kroger, Bush's, Wal mart, Meijer... I think it's not sold in my state. Anyway... I was reading on some of your posts that you put your body temp in. I'm sorry I've been off teh band wagon... What's the reasoning for this, or can you link me to where I could read that information. Hope everything is going swell!

Hey Bunny.....I know that digestive enzymes are important, and I found a multi that contains them.

Are you taking the DE with every meal? I guess it wouldn't work for that, but if your only taking them 1or2 x's a day, you could try the multi.

Hey girl :) I take GNC womens mega (that's my multi 2 x a day), I just added digestive enzymes specifically after I started to bloat, which may have been an allergic reaction to the oatmeal (which I have currently filtered OUT of my diet, but it's SO darn Yummy).

I have incorporated the DE with every meal and will over the next couple weeks, as I work back to my base diet 40/30/30 and continue to experiment from there :)

Ever since I started pounding broccoli, I've been using 2 digestive enzymes w/ every veggie meal. I continue to use prenatal vitamins as my multi.
