I hope I did these right this time, but I still feel great b/c I got my 1st compliment at the gym today (from a respectable person) :)

INCLINE DB PRESS - 30 deg incline TRIPLE DROP SET 25/10 20/15 15/20 12/30
INCLINE FLYES- 30 deg incline 3 SETS 8-10 6 TUT 20/8 20/8 20/8
CHEST MACHINE - TRIPLE DROP SET 50/10 45/10 35/15 30/20
CABLE CROSSOVERS - TRIPLE DROP SET 30/6 (good ones) 25/10 20/15 15/25

By the end I think I was just worked
6:50 P.M. – Meal 4(after weights)
SUPP, 2 Glucorell-R, multi vitamin
2 scoops of ISO AGB
½ cup Skim Milk
1 teaspoon creatine
1 teaspoon glutamine powder
4 strawberries, 10-15 blueberries
7:15 P.M. - Diet Pepsi
