Wow, I ***REALLY**** miss my oatmeal in the morning. I haven't had it since like March. When I was prepping for my first show I almost started crying when it was pulled from my diet in the last 8 weeks.

But ya do what ya gotta do.

What do you bet you find me hidign in the closet eating oatmeal on the morning of May 15 ..?

Well, no I *HOPE* I'm doing something just a little more satisfying than eating oatmeal after the show.... ;)

You look spectacular in your pictures! I definitely have a role model :) My sister-n-law noticed my butt was filling out in my jeans. Very nice after all the leg work-outs. My pants all fit stupid now. I refuse to buy new pants till the fall. I just found out they are putting a Banana Republic in my mall here. NOT GOOD. I'm so in trouble!! That's my favorite store to buy my clothes for work!
Anyway... I'm not going to be able to go down and watch the Sassy show! :( MAN.... I just found out my brother is moving to Atlanta in the next month or so. So if ever again I'll have a place to stay.
I really wanted to meet you in person!

Girl, do you know when I was in Boston, I had to get to a grocery store and buy like all the flavors that Mrs. dash comes in because of you. Here I can only find the orginal or lemon 1. But I got them all now ;)

I never knew they had so many until reading your posts. I'm in heaven let me tell you, since this is all I can season my food with from now until the comp. NO sodium for me :worried:

They are handy to have on hand!! I pick them up when on sale.....nice flavors without the salt.....Love them!!

Thank gawwwd they didn't look inside my bag at the border, that would have been hilarious. I had like 10 bottles of Mrs.Dash, 5 boxes of EmergenC (that stuff is soooo expensive in Canada) It's like $35 plus tax here, and in the US it was $11 a box.

I LOVE them... Every Flavor, I gots it :chomp: MSG Free, Salt Free... NUMMY ;)

Mrs. Dash also has Marinades...

... Every day I love my legs more and more and at this very moment, I can honestly say I could not be happier with the way my body looks. I am in the best shape of my life and I LOVE IT...

My mom was just telling me how out of the blue this random goose attacked a girl we knew on a sidewalk outside a Cafe...and asked "what would you do if that happened...?"

I was busy laughing WAY TOO hard ...I mean, who ...what.... what does that... I suppose I got what was coming to me.

The thing crouched down...approached full speed and I took off the other way, basically into traffic, almost got hit, and went around the little effer...

What do you think / how do you feel with the CEE? I was thinking about getting it (but can't find it at any supp shops here)

Is it worth it to order from the US & pay customs & all that jazz?

IMHO, the research and attention put INTO the products is incredible and I would suggest taking the time to read up on everything they have to offer.

I'm sure there are more alternative supps out there, but I wouldn't suggest anything else. Over the last few months, I've made it a point to educate myself about the products, the benefits, what they have done/can do for me and others with health issues, fitness goals etc... and basically have been trying 'absorb' the benefits of supplementation...(MOSTLY for heath reasons in my case)

I am still learning...daily... and will be for a long time, but I encourage everyone to take the time, find some time, to read up on what s/he put in his/her body, etc...
