should i eat the oats and eggs then the chicken or the oats, cyto gainer and then the chicken??? :chomp: :chomp: :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:


But in all seriousnessness.....im eating somewhere between 4500-5000 cals a day. 6000 cals is when i really start putting on size but i cant have milk fat. I have been eating like this for a month and havent gained but 4lbs. Now its probably 4 lbs of muscle, but im used to gaining weight rapidly.

Should i turn my 5 day split into 3-4 days so i get more rest or eat more food?

well what's your diet like at the moment and then we can see what else we can encorporate to perhaps take away the staleness of the same food.
 
6am-2whole eggs+ 3 whites and buckwheat pancakes w/ honey
9am- Muscle Milk
12- lunch usually some type of beef or chicken w/ lots of rice or wheat pasta. Some type of fruit and veggies
2:30 pm-cytogainer
3:30pm- 2serving of oats and some eggs
5:30 or 6pm- dinner same as lunch
830-9pm- protein shake w/ pb honey sandwich.

these are all large quantities of food like the chicken and beef it might be 2 steaks or 2.5 peices of chicken. or 1/2lb or 3/4 lb of lean burger.

on the weekends i will eat one more meal b4 i sleep

Maybe cut out a couple shakes and replace with real food. That's a damn expensive daily menu, huh?
 
yea it is but i cant have milk so it makes it hard. I can have whey it irritates my skin a little but not enough to stop me from taking it.

If i eat a meal at night i cant sleep so i have to have the protien shake. i could probably cut out the 9am MM and eat something else.

Eat something with the MuscleMilk shake =)
 
are you eating like this everyday? (honestly)

not a few days.. of the week..

most people will eat that much.. one or two days... and not the rest of the week..

by your posts.. when you say "usually" thats what makes me think you dont have set diet.. down
