should i eat the oats and eggs then the chicken or the oats, cyto gainer and then the chicken???
But in all seriousnessness.....im eating somewhere between 4500-5000 cals a day. 6000 cals is when i really start putting on size but i cant have milk fat. I have been eating like this for a month and havent gained but 4lbs. Now its probably 4 lbs of muscle, but im used to gaining weight rapidly.
Should i turn my 5 day split into 3-4 days so i get more rest or eat more food?
