Breastmilk Protein Shakes

I was a little disappointed that the breastmilk was more like a non-fat than a whole milk. It is sweet though. I wonder how much sugar is in it...because I'm pretty sure it ain't Stevia!!!!


I haven't had a breastmilk protein shake for a few days however. Baby's getting it all now! His weight is up too.

That's why I don't buy into the thought that the body can't convert liquid cals as well as solids! Babies grow ata rapid rate on liquids only. I am not saying I don't eat solid foods but I don't trip if I have to do more shakes than I would like!!!

I think it is pretty easy for the body to absorb some whey isolate mixed in breastmilk.

Wifey's bewbs blew the fugg up instantly!! So much so that the kid couldn't drink it all and she had to pump a bit. She hasn't had to pump in a few days though, and since we're not going to introduce a bottle until after at least the first month...I get the breastmilk!!!!! YAAYYY!! lolooolllool

I tasted it by itself, but I figured I'd get the most out of it. You know it's got all those good growth factor hormones in there. I was hoping to get at least 16 oz. a day from the wife, but that hasn't happened.

I would be doing the same shit... Although high in fats, the BM would be great on cycle. I would prolly carry my wife around and just suckle on that titty all day...
