I eat breakfast at about 9:30am and work out at 11. I'm trying to figure out the best breakfast combination. Right now I'm eating:
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 scoop whey
little bit of yogurt
couple of egg whites
It comes out to be about 400 calories, 40g protein and 50g carbs.
I'm 5'9, 135 lbs. Am I overdoing it on the oatmeal or protein?
