Happy Sunday Evening Elite Fam,
Had some big days at work this week. So my deload week became a rest week and I feel great for it.
Calories/macros remained the same.
Dosages stayed the same.
Weight has come down a touch.

- supplements have remained mostly the same

Blood pressure:
- All @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals @Sassy Rep 350mg Sustanon/3ius HGH
- Oil pinning frequency is daily.
- HGH every night PM before bed.
Hydration:
- 110/60
- Minimum 5lt
Workouts:
Rest from training this week.
Notes:
- Calories will come down a touch moving forward and test will drop down to TRT.
- Made some protein banana bread through the week.
