mid week update!

8 weeks out.

Definitely getting a lot leaner and hunger isn’t as noticeable. Only new addition being 15minutes cardio everyday and my preworkout rice being halved.

Fat is noticeable disappearing which is nice. Have noticed a big hit to training endurance definitely feeling the fatigue. After two maybe three exercises (these being 1-0 RIR) I’m just strapped for gas, although strength is still there which is a good sign.

Not a lot of changes lately just small tweaks so far!

Changes:
-upped clen to 40 and reduce some carbs slightly

Training has taken a hit with endurance but only a slight taper off in strength. But after 30 mins my pumps and energy are gone so have had to restructure what I need to prioritise hitting first.

Everything will be ramping up in terms of food and overall look so moving forward I think updated that I can best stick to while prepping will be visual updates and combined training/meal layout and or changes that occurs. @T.REP when I ran clen a couple times man it killed my training. Had to come off of it before I wanted to both time.

Weight has slowly been reducing which is nice and after a little trial peak with some extra carbs we are in a nice spot.

Hunger is very manageable only having one day with sore hunger pains but after fasted cardio and first meal it disappears.

today we have reached a new low of 92.5kg @ 4 weeks out, 93.1kg @5 weeks out and 93.5kg @ 6 weeks out.
Food will be cut shortly just don’t know yet, waiting on reviews on my checkin time to get real diced.
