Popeye's chicken is breaded and deep fried. It is very high in carbs (from the breading) and fat (from the skin and deep frying process).
For the occasional cheat meal here and there, no problem, but it's not something you want to regularly incorporate into your diet if you are cutting.
Stick with regular plain boneless skinless chicken breast or turkey breast. If you like breading, roll the chicken/turkey breasts in sea salt and oatmeal and them bake them in the oven. It'll be a much healthier and lower fat version of fried chicken.
