Just an update boys - I ended up getting a dexa scan this morning.
Last one was done 3 months prior, in that 3 months I’ve dropped 4.6 KG, but 3.5 kg of that has been lean muscle.

My trainer and I have spoken and we have upped my protein to 300g daily for the time being.

Will be doing meal prep tomorrow so I’ll post some meals and pics then !
