changed gym membership to a newer franchise, newer gear, and some panatta machines throughout. goddamn they're nice things.
had back day this morning.
added in deadlifts for the first time in ages.
still got 180kg to move smoothly which I was happy with, being only 79kg currently
then got normal rest of the back session done nicely, starting with the deadlifts sorta killed the strength for everything else but that's ok.
still thoroughly enjoying this vascularity.
