At my college, you can take fitness center as an elective. Before you start training, the put on diode on your hand, and one on your foot. Then they send waves of energy through your body and its supposed to be a pretty accurate measure of BF%. I dont know if anyone else has heard of this, but just thought i'd add to the post.
