I never believed that a supplement can work in the body to block carbs or insulin spikes until a friend of mine I haven't seen in a while stopped by my place. she had lost a lot of weight and looked really good. she said she was using carb blocker supplements before her meals but before i could ask her what she meant we were on top of each other. I am too embarrassed to ask that question as I got her into fitness so help me out here.
