I am pretty new to this and I dont have a whole lot of different types of weight to work with. I have the bench, curl bar and a few dumbells but that is about it. So as you can see if i spend just one day on my tri's or my bi's or back or whatever i finish in no time because i dont have enough lifts to do. Is it ok to do everything on the same day and take a day off or not?
