i do them on separate days cause i do 20 mins of cardio first before every workout. If I did them on the same day, i'd be in the gym for like three hours!! lol
Sorry. I do them on saturday. My legs are fucking huge. Especially my calves,
so I'm not really worried about them. Plus I do cardio six days a week before
lifting, so my legs are nice and strong.
You should look into Mike Mentzers HIT. Training, you will never look at doing that many setsa the same again. It was the best thing I ever did. www.mikementzer.com
