Wasnt even planning on it. I have been doing a superset program for awhile now. Lifting chest with back for at least 12 reps with less than a 2 minutes rest. Hammys with Quads, Bi's with Tri's and Shoulder, Traps and Forearms together. I will say my body resonded very well to this type of program. I stayed away from flat bench for awhile focusing on Incline Bench. I was doing 4 sets of 12 of barbell row supersetted with Incline Bench,last week I was able to hit 235 for 12 on my last set.
So this week I was feeling damn good today so I warmed up fairly well probably to well. Ended up hitting 315 for 3 on the flat then put up a PR of 350 which felt awesome.
Stats right now. 6'2 200 lbs probably around 7-8% BF. All natty.
My plan is to add at least 1000 more clean calories a day and try to reach around 210-215.
