bicep cramps when i flex

I'm getting that cramp feeling on my biceps every time a i flex, did anyone here experience that before? Somebody here who can tell me if it's normal ? otherwise I will have to get checked out, if it's a muscle injury or a nerve injury i guess I can't wait any longer to see my doctor.

That is not normal at all. Here are some tips for reducing muscle cramps:

1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.

2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)

3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout

4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.

If the cramps don't go away in a couple of days, I would book an appointment with your doctor and get it properly checked out. It could be a slight muscle tear.

Get some magnesium and consume it daily with your vitamins. Also electrolytes, water and taurine might help

is it after you workout? or is it all the time?

This is one valid question. If it is after a workout, this feeling is absolutely normal, but it this happens all the time, then it is definitely not normal. You should try the tips mentioned by @muskate, and if they do not help, then visit a doctor.
