Bicep and Chest

Overall,

I have great body composition, but I seem to struggle the most with my biceps. They have increased in size along with my Chest, but everything else on my body seems to develop faster like my back and shoulders. Anyone have recommendations on a good bicep and chest routine, especially biceps.

Any area you're striggling with, make sure you train it first in your workout when you are the strongest and have the most energy, ie, if you have trouble building both chest and bi's, don't train bis after chest, train it on another day when you can give it your all.
As far as routines, the best one I've ever used, and continue to do so, is standing barbell curls for low reps (5-6), followed by incline dumbel curls(6-8 reps), finishing up with a few sets of preacher curls (8-10reps). Using this routine I've added 2" to my arms in the past year or so. I aim for somewhere between 7-9 total sets
